Insulation screw plug IPSD 80

The IPSD 80 insulation screw plug offers fast and thermal bridge-free fixing for ETICS applications. It's perfect for fixing wall connection profiles and light duty fixings such as motion detectors with a 4.5 mm Ø plumber screw. The internal geometry is designed for easy screwing, and the plug can be pre-insert mounted or removed with a TX drive (TX25), leaving only a small hole in the insulation material. Made from glass-fibre reinforced, weather and aging resistant nylon, the IPSD 80 is suitable for styrofoam, hard foam, polystyrene, and wood fibre boards. With a length of 80 mm, it can be used for almost all insulated facades, achieving a recommended load value of approximately 6 kg thanks to its distinctive thread. Additionally, the sharp drilling tip allows for easy installation in ETICS without pre-drilling.
