Chipboard screw VELOX® SIT/TX 4,0x20, full thread, stainless steel A2

The VELOX® SIT/TX chipboard screw is a high-quality stainless steel A2 screw with full thread that is suitable for outdoor applications and has obtained an ETA assessment for use in timber construction (ETA-12/0198). It features a SIT recess, which ensures a perfect power transfer and a long-lasting SIT bit. The conial recess helps to center the screw and prevent tumbling, making installation easier and more comfortable. Alternatively, TX bits can also be used with the screw (without the mentioned advantages). The screw's patented tip thread area reduces splitting of the wood and installation torque, resulting in flush fitting and a longer battery life. Additionally, the sliding coating reduces torque further, making installation quicker and easier. The diameter of Ø4,5 features underhead milling ribs to enable flush fitting and reduce the amount of wood shavings left on the surface.
